In my own voice

Always treat the customer the way you would wish your own father to be treated.
Patience is not weakness. In banking, it is wisdom.
Knowledge that is not shared is knowledge wasted.
Integrity is the most valuable currency a banker can hold.
Service is not an obligation — it is a privilege.
Discipline is not punishment. It is freedom for the work that matters.

My journey is still being written.
